Our trainings will always stay close to reality. Roleplays with relatable situations contribute to the effectiveness of a training. To increase the learning impact even more, we often employ experienced training actors.
A change in behaviour demands a lot from the participants. That is why we also plan time and space for individual guidance and coaching on the job. To what extent this happens, depends on the specific situation of your organisation and the participants’ personal learning goals.
An important part of every training programme self-knowledge. This is because self-knowledge creates the connection and space to change behaviour positively. With this, we use Insights Discovery, MBTI®, Belbin, Kernkwaliteiten, Profile Dynamics® en TTI Succes Insights®, among others. In the programmes “Persoonlijk Leiderschap” and “Engage and Influence” (English-taught) we also use “the Seven Habits of Highly Successful People” by Stephen Covey.
