Danone has business lines and locations spread over the entire world. Since 2012, we have been providing several programmes for this multinational, such as Engage & Influence and Personal Leadership. Our trainings contribute to a better understanding of the different (working) cultures and reinforce the cooperation within the organisation. All trainings are done in English and have been done on different locations all over Europe.

Agrifirm

Agrifirm leads the fodder market in the Netherlands. The organisation is constantly changing. We provide long term training and coaching programmes for Agrifirm, Nutricontrol and other operating companies. Additionally, TACOM provides several open trainings such as; Thinking and acting decisively, Special on delivering bad news, Influencing and guiding yourself and others and Communicating effectively.

Van Nes en Plaisier staffing services

The development of employees and synergy in cooperation are essential values for Van Nes and Plaisier. Since 2010, we provide team trainings, interview trainings, personal coaching and communication trainings for this organisation.

Driessen Groep

For the Driessen Groep we provide interactive workshops with the central theme of “discrimination”.

Coulant Interim

As a trainer and entrepreneur, it is important to be down to earth and have hands-on experience in the field. From 2012 until October 2015, Nicoline has been an interim Operational Manager on a part-time basis. During this period, Nicoline has been responsible for guiding and coaching managers and locations.
