“Engage and Influence” will help you to achieve your objectives in cooperation with other people. Such as:

  • how to create synergy in the team, in achieving cooperation with other departments or people
  • how to sell your (sometimes complex) choices and ideas to others
  • to be effective (in communication and commitment)  in daily work

Target

Everyone who would like to learn to act in a more effective way based upon own strengths and motives/feelings.

Objectives

  • Improve and strengthen Personal Leadership
  • Convincing and influencing people by using balanced strengths and quality’s
  • Creating trust and synergy in cooperation with others
  • Enhance influence skills
  • Learn to listen and take into account behaviour, wishes and the Insight profiles
  • Learning to adjust behaviour to achieve the objectives

Learning approach

  • Using the ‘7 Habits of Highly Effective People’ from Stephen Covey
  • Using the Insight profiles
  • Learning by doing: exercises, role plays, debating, real life cases, games, presentations, YouTube
  • Personal intake with the facilitator

Program duration

  • 2 days (with practice period in between)
  • 0,5 day (sharpen the saw / reflection) after 6 months

Reading the book ‘7 Habits of Highly Effective People’ is part of the requested preparation work
