Training Thinking and Acting Decisively

Description

This training is made for people who want to:

  • learn how to communicate more decisively
  • stand up for themselves and their ideas
  • act more consciously
  • behave more assertively

and who, through this, want to increase their visibility within their organisation and towards clients.

Results

The employee learns how to:

  • formulate and share his/her message, idea and opinion in a clear and confident way
  • act more decisively towards colleagues and clients
  • persuade and influence others in order to get their message across
  • communicate confidently in conflict situations or difficult conversations
  • change obstructive beliefs into effective convictions
  • improve communication by learning how to suitably use nonverbal behaviour
  • express emotions constructively to increase the impact of a certain message

Duration of the training

The training takes place during two separate days, with a period of four weeks of practicing the newly taught behaviour in between those two days.

Methods

Besides theory, we will practice a lot with (newly acquired) behaviour and skills. On the second day of this training, there will be a training actor. To be able to give feedback in a constructive way, we will use video recordings.
